Filling the GAP


Well guess who's coming to South Africa. Yes, super US casual-wear giant, GAP, is opening two brand new stand alone stores in Sandton City, Johannesburg (on the 19th of March) and at the Tygervalley shopping centre (on the 20th of March). I must admit that GAP will have to deal with some stiff competition what with the SA retail market being so saturated.

But, I do hear they'll be discounts at the launch... That basically means I'll be there. Since some cold weather is coming our way hear in Joburg, I could use a staple item or 5...

That's good news, SA needs stiffer competition, maybe prices will go down on average, to make fashion that more accessible to all. And for me, the SA market wont be saturated until Topshop reaches SA ;-) a girl can wish right?
