'The Queen of Hip Hop'

V Magazine has some of the coolest editorials out there. I absolutely admire publications that are willing to take a risk for art. And that's what fashion is for me - art.

So you can imagine my delight when I came across this Sebastian Faena-shot 'The Queen of Hip Hop' editorial. Now am a huge hip hop fan (yeah buddy), so the fact that this editorial combines the feel of hip hop (you know, that out there, sexy kinda stuff) with some super fun styling by Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele, means that I love it! Models Anais Mali and Cora Emmanuel hold it down as the female leads.

This really is a breath of fresh air from that always chic, sometimes prissy treatment of editorials from those other publications.
