Cover(ed)

So I've been watching a lot of Ftv recently and I noticed that Dutch model, Daphne Groeneveld is doing very well at the moment. In fact, she clinched the second spot on Ftv top 10 First Face countdown for Spring 2011. She also stars in one of the five i-D Summer 2011 covers, aptly titled 'The Hedonist Issue'. Her star is definitely rising fast.

"More clothes inside..."

i-D magazine always has the best covers and their Spring 2011 covers are no exception. This time the models are Karlie Kloss, Jourdan Dunn, Meghan Collison, Tati, Shu, Anja and Lady GaGa, and with such lookers, and the innovation of i-D of course, the covers are a big success. Anja looks beautiful, edgy, chic... This is fashion.

Go ahead, flaunt it

Wow. This editorial for the Exhibitionist Issue of i-D Magazine is incredible. Shot by Josh Colins, models Alla Kostromicheva and Amyline Valade are clad in monochromatic ensembles from the likes of Givenchy, Chloe and Maison Martin Margiela for the dramatic editorial. The poses are amazing and the styling by Alastair McKimm - impeccable. Love it.

Pick and choose

We all know i-D magazine's favourtie thing is multiple covers and they've done that yet again for Spring 2011, with a choice between six covers. Cover stars include Hedi Slimane, Erin Wasson, Lui Wen, Vanessa Paradis, Kirsi Pyrhonen, Jessica Stam and Ajak Deng, amongst others. I reckon Ajak's cover takes the cake on this one.
