We have a problem

Yes we do have a problem. Isabel Marant is the goddam problem! Such freshness.

Heaven help us.

Plumbelinas Unite!

Last week, I attended the Summer 2012 launch of ladies footwear range, Plum, in Sandton, Johannesburg, and I must say what a pleasure it was. If you're as much of a shoe lover as I am, you will definitely be obsessed with the new Plum range. You see for Summer 2012, Plum is colour tripping. Yes. Now that means brights, neons, prints in that signature cool and edgy Plum way.

The great thing about this Plum range is its suitability for all kinds of occasions. Whether for work, cruising, thrifting, weekend markets, or a night on the town, you're bound to find a pair that you like. Because I happen to be a lover of all heels high and statement-like - naturally - I am obsessed with the colour-blocking platforms and super-stacked wedges. I mean, they had me at the zig-zag printed Masoni wedge, and all that glitter, studs and spikes - child...

I don't have a picture of them here, but something else I know a lot of women will like is the Isabel Marant-like Willow High-Top hidden wedge sneakers Plum offers in bright orange. And I can guarantee that these will be way more affordable than that Marant $760 asking price! So quite simply, if you too like what you see here, I suggest you get to a Plum retailer for your own pair of any one of these stunners. I'm still smiling from ear-to-ear about the fact that the goodie had a voucher for a pair...

J'adore!

The Rise of Aldo

This is the beauty that will be available from select Aldo stores in South Africa from today. The new Aldo Rise collection - designer collabs with Preen, Mark Fast, Libertine and JW Anderson. I feel sorry for all of our bank balances, but we need these shoes in our lives!

For the tweeps had to say about the collezione, check it out - #aldorisesa.

The best shoes all season

Sandra, of 5 inch and Up, snapped these beauts up backstage at the recent Pringle of Scotland show.

I'm ... speechless.

Please excuse me while I try to regain my breath and make sense of this beauty...

Pure deliciousness

Yesterday these Plum Delicious beauties arrived in the mail for me. This was after I attended the Plum Winter 2012 collection launch at Set in Rosebank on the 26th of January, where we all received Plum shoe vouchers in our goodie bags. Just my luck, right?

I love everything about them, especially the fact that they are incredibly high. Sky high! Oh well, the higher the better - always! Merci Plum Delicious.

Ralph Lauren is ♥

These loafers, shot by The Coveteur, from Ralph Lauren's Accessories Autumn 2012 First Look are most definitely shoes to lose sleep over. Brogues and loafers are really all the shoes I wear nowadays (yeah, even in this scorching Johannesburg heat), so these brogues have convinced me to add velvet loafers to my collection. These brogues are a thing of beauty.

Another moment of silence...

Ok. I can't! Like, really, really? How insane are Anjelica's (aka Mode Junkie) Jeffrey Campbell Lita Spikes? I am dead and buried. Such beauty!
